Terms of service

These terms cover use of Voxora, a LuminaForge product, at https://voxora.luminaforge.ai. Voxora builds voice agents for clinics, contractors, and memberships.

The product page states what is available today, including published list prices. Checkout is not open, and no plan is billed yet. Browser Live Preview is not a live phone call. Voxora does not answer inbound phone calls.

You provide the business information the agent uses. You are responsible for having permission to contact the people your agent calls or texts.

We do not sell personal data. The privacy policy at /privacy explains what we keep, retention of about two years, and how to ask for access, correction, or deletion.

Voxora does not include a HIPAA BAA. Editable guardrails are not a certified HIPAA pack and not a BAA.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above.
